### The tasting experience
The private session includes 8-10 wines, starting with Crémant d'Alsace and ascending to the most coveted grands crus: Riesling Schlossberg, Gewürztraminer Furstentum, and Pinot Gris Altenbourg. The domaine's sommelier explains each terroir's particularities, the microclimates influencing each parcel, and winemaking techniques perfected over centuries.
