Yes, Let'sJaleo is completely free. You can explore experiences, create your account, save favorites and follow itineraries at no cost. If an activity requires a ticket or booking, we link you to trusted platforms like Civitatis or GetYourGuide where you can book directly.

We currently have experiences in 24 cities across 6 countries: Spain (Barcelona, Madrid, Seville, Valencia), France (Paris, Lyon, Marseille, Bordeaux), Italy (Rome, Florence, Milan, Venice), Portugal (Lisbon, Porto, Faro, Sintra), Germany (Berlin, Munich, Hamburg, Cologne) and Greece (Athens, Heraklion, Rhodes, Thessaloniki). We regularly add new cities.

Let'sJaleo is available in 8 languages: Spanish, English, French, German, Portuguese, Italian, Japanese and Chinese. All experiences, activities and blog articles are translated into all 8 languages.

No account is needed to explore experiences and view full itineraries. However, to save favorites, track your progress through an experience, upload photos and write reviews, you will need a free account.

An experience is a complete one-day itinerary designed by a local expert. It includes 3 to 8 activities arranged with suggested times, exact addresses, interactive maps, practical info (prices, opening hours) and a narrative description that immerses you in the local culture.

Experiences are created by 25+ local experts who know each city inside out. Every creator has a public profile showing their bio, published experiences and community level. All content goes through a review process before being published.

Each experience is designed for a full day, typically 6 to 12 hours. Estimated time is shown on each experience page. You can adapt it to your pace: skip activities, take breaks or spread it across multiple days.

Profiles help you find experiences that match your style. There are 8 profiles: Cultural (museums & heritage), Foodie (gastronomy), Instagrammer (photo spots), Family (all-ages activities), Local (authentic experiences), VIP (exclusive), Slow (relaxed pace) and Bleisure (business + leisure). You can change your profile anytime.

You can't edit other creators' experiences, but you can adapt them your way: skip activities you're not interested in, take breaks, or simply use the itinerary as inspiration without starting the tracker. If you want to create your own itineraries, you can sign up as a creator.

Doing an experience activates tracking mode: you see step-by-step progress, can mark activities as completed or skipped, upload geotagged photos and keep a record of your journey. It's like having an interactive guide in your pocket.

Yes, you can pause an experience at any time and pick it up later, even the next day. Your progress is saved automatically.

To keep the experience focused and simple, tracking only allows one active experience at a time. You can pause the current one to start another, or complete it first.

You can mark any activity as "skipped" without affecting your overall progress. The experience moves on to the next activity. It's your itinerary — you decide how to enjoy it.

Photos you upload are automatically matched to each activity using geolocation. They're private and only visible to you. They let you create a visual memory of your day and relive the experience later.

Let'sJaleo doesn't handle bookings directly. When an activity has a ticket or reservation available, we link you to trusted partner platforms like Civitatis, GetYourGuide or TheFork. You click the booking button and complete the process directly on their website.

Some links to booking platforms are affiliate links. This means that if you book through them, Let'sJaleo receives a small commission at no extra cost to you. This is how we keep the platform free.

Bookings are managed directly by the platform where you booked (Civitatis, GetYourGuide, TheFork, etc.). Check their cancellation policy and contact their customer service.

Experts are people who know their city inside out and share their best itineraries on Let'sJaleo. Each one has a public profile with their bio, social media and stats. See the full ranking on our experts page.

You can sign up as a creator at creator.letsjaleo.com. From there you can create activities, design full experiences, write blog articles and view your content analytics. All content is reviewed before publication.

Creators earn points from user interaction with their content: +5 per like, +8 per save, +15 per completed experience, plus points for creating content. There are 5 levels (Explorer, Local, Expert, Master, Legend) and 10+ unlockable badges. Rankings are shown publicly on the experts page.

Click "Create account" in the top right corner, enter your name, email and password. You'll receive a verification code by email to activate your account. The process takes less than a minute.

On the login screen, click "Forgot your password?". Enter your email and you'll receive a verification code to set a new password.

We collect the minimum data needed: your name and email at registration, and optionally your geotagged photos if you choose to upload them during an experience. We don't sell data to third parties. See our privacy policy for details.

Yes, you can request account deletion by writing to info@letsjaleo.com. All your personal data, photos, reviews and experience progress will be deleted.
